Doug and Kathy have lived in Aviano since October 2005 and in Arizona since 1995. While they are very familiar with Desert Ridge and consider themselves Desert Ridge real estate specialists, they are agents who have worked throughout the Valley. Previous corporate experience has positioned them well for Real Estate. Doug managed Courtyard by Marriott Hotels in the Midwest after graduating from Purdue. After relocating to Arizona he worked for World Travel Inns as Area Manager, then for The Vanguard Group as a financial advisor . Kathy graduated from NIU and her background includes food service, sales and marketing and revenue management with Marriott. 

As in their previous careers their goal is to deliver exceptional customer service. The Ingersolls complete ALL the work themselves to ensure all transactions are performed thoroughly, accurately and on time, from listing a home through close of escrow. They have been practicing Real Estate since 2000 and with Realty Executives (an international company) since 2009.
